Projects of Note
“Dreaming of Lions”, performed beautifully by Malpaso Dance Company, Arturo O'Farrill and The Afro Latin Jazz Ensemble. This performance was the U.S. Premiere at Duke University in Durham, NC. I worked with Arturo and The Afro Jazz Alliance for a brief time in 2017 as a copyist on several projects, including this one.
My arrangement of the Jerry Livingston’s timeless classic was included on the Decca release of The Hot Sardines 2018 record “French Fries and Champagne”. I’m also the featured soloist.
In early 2020, I was hired by the incredible Damien Sneed to do all the copying and some orchestrations for his amazing Opera Marian's Song. This work was commisssioned by the Houston Grand Opera.
Untamed Elegance is a suite composed and arranged by Victor Goines. I worked as a Music Engraver on this project. I’ve had the pleasure of working as an Engraver for Jazz at Lincoln Center on many projects since 2017.
